Hi! I’m Erica Sunshine — most people call me Sunni.

I believe in dreams + in magic, so much of which is found in our environment. From the tiniest of miracles held within a flower, to the expanse of wide blue skies… the magic is here. Unfolding, shifting, changing, expressing, receding… just like each and every one of us.

A lifelong love of nature, people, + plants, has led me down a deepening path of self discovery. I grew up among the towering oak trees + forgotten stone walls of New England — climbing boulders, catching fish, dipping in forest brooks, talking with trees, + playing make believe. I felt a longing through much of my childhood, a remembering I couldn’t quite put my finger on… but I had a ways to go before discovering what it was, and even when I did, I resisted the call. Like many of us, I had to get a little lost to find my way home — back to my roots, so I could grow a strong trunk, stretch my limbs, + allow my blossoms to flourish.

I believe there is potent medicine all around us. So much is right outside our back doors, in our very own kitchens, in our communities, and within ourselves. Herbalism, music, singing, movement, + ritual are the people’s medicine — it’s in our history + in our bones.

All of my offerings are lovingly created by myself with deep intention + love — whether it be a medicinal tincture, or a restorative sound journey — May you enjoy these offerings, as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for you.
