At the center of my life is a deep devotion to tending—family, land, relationship, tradition, and the spaces where people can soften, belong, and feel deeply held.

I grew up among the towering oak trees + forgotten stone walls of the Lower Connecticut River Valley—climbing boulders, catching fish, dipping into forest brooks, talking with trees, and playing make-believe. The natural world felt alive + relational, and it was there that I first learned to listen, imagine, and feel part of something larger than myself.

Throughout my childhood, I carried a longing I couldn’t quite name. Looking back, I understand it as a longing for a rooted life—one shaped by closeness to the land, shared tradition, creative expression + belonging. Like many of us, I had to feel a little lost before I could find my way home.

I believe in dreams—and in working faithfully alongside the guidance of Spirit to bring them into form. Solitude in the natural world remains one of the places where I feel that guidance most clearly. There, I am reminded that growth is both guided and labored: a seed carries its own knowing, yet it still requires soil, rain, sunlight + care.

I now recognize medicine as something close at hand—growing outside our back doors, living within our kitchens + communities, and carried through our history and in our bones.

Today, my work is not a collection of separate practices so much as one way of tending life. Whether I’m preparing a tincture, guiding a sound journey, or gathering people around cacao + song, my intention is the same: to bring care and beauty to what is before me, creating spaces that feel like home—warm, honest + alive, with room to return to ourselves, to one another, and to what matters most.
